Leading multi-disciplinary professional services consultancy WSP, is pleased to announce the appointment of three new additions to its UK leadership team. These strategic additions will be pivotal to WSP’s sustained success and a new chapter of growth.
Astrid Berkman joins as Executive Managing Director for Planning and Advisory. Astrid has spent the last ten years of her career at Arcadis, most recently as Global Managing Director, Transformation Advisory. Having previously led their Business Advisory team in the UK, she built extensive expertise in the rail sector. With a strong record of building client-centric, innovative, and people-focused cultures, Astrid will support the growth of the planning, property and advisory business lines.
Kirsten Oliver will be joining WSP as Managing Director of Energy. Kirsten joins from Worley, a professional services company providing project delivery and consulting services to the resources and energy sectors, and complex process industries. Kirsten has a breadth of experience and expertise across conventional and offshore energy, as well as asset management. She will be reporting to Mark Hurley, Executive Managing Director, Water, Energy, Earth and Environment.
Fiona O’Donnell joins as Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. Fiona joins WSP from Jacobs where she was the Global Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing Strategy Director, responsible for managing all aspects of their global Health and Safety strategy, including driving safety into the heart of sales and design. Fiona will be based in WSP’s Naas office in Ireland, bolstering the firm’s leadership presence there. She will also become a member of the UK Senior Leadership Team.
